For international customers, shipping is an additional charge based upon which subscription you choose.  If you choose to prepay, the shipping charges for all of the boxes are added at the time of payment.

The quarterly boxes are shipped on the 1st of February, May, August and November.  The deadline for placing orders is the 15th of the month prior to shipment (Jan. 15, April 15, July 15, Oct. 15).
